WHAT’S NEW

An audio version of Blind Terror is probably not going to be possible for reasons I will explain further on Page 2. But that does not mean I will give up that dream!
But other What’s New news is that I am continueing to work on my next book, “OVERLAP.” This is a speculative fiction mystery. We follow a family through time – and when I say “through time,” I main “through time.” But, that is not the heart of the book, only its feet (as it were). The story is set in Nova Scotia and coastal Massachusetts.
This story is proving to take more time than I expected to write. The plot is complicated, and the settings require detailed research. Back in my sighted days, I would have simply gone to each set of interest, rented a room, and taken copious notes as I sipped my coffee. When you are blind, you have to do things the old way, called reading. But, Part One is done!

Getting back to whether any of my books will ever have Audio versions: The problem is that the first conventional step in the process is to create a paper book with anISBN. Then the mission is to find a voice actor who will create the audio version. But, as I explain under “How to Use Your PDF Book” the expense of this process is, for me, prohibitive, at least for now.
Thanks for reading!.
